These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the VDAssist website (“Service”) and the VDAssist Chrome extensions, including VDA vA and VDA vA Autofill (collectively, “Extensions”). By using the Service or Extensions, you agree to these Terms.

1) What the Extensions do

• VDA vA helps you filter/highlight load board rows and send alerts based on your rules.
• VDA vA Autofill helps you fill commonly used fields on supported quoting/bidding pages.
• The Extensions work only on the websites/URLs you have granted permission to in Chrome.

2) Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• If you purchase a subscription, you are responsible for maintaining access to your billing email and account.

3) License and acceptable use

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service and Extensions for your internal business use.
• You agree not to copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or Extensions.
• You agree not to use the Service to violate any third-party terms, laws, or regulations.

4) Third-party websites and services

• The Extensions interact with third-party sites (e.g., load boards). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those sites.
• Features may break if third-party websites change their layouts, access rules, or terms.
• Routing/distance features (if enabled) may rely on third-party APIs (e.g., mapping/routing providers) subject to their availability and limits.

5) Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

• If you subscribe, billing is handled by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) according to the plan shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. If you believe there is a billing error, contact support.

6) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. In general, extension settings are stored in your browser profile, and we do not sell user data.

7) Disclaimers

• The Service and Extensions are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee load availability, bid acceptance, pricing outcomes, response times, or uninterrupted access.
• You are responsible for verifying any auto-filled fields and any actions you submit on third-party sites.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VDAssist will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service or Extensions.

9) Changes to the Service and Terms

• We may modify the Service/Extensions and these Terms from time to time.
• Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

10) Termination

• You can stop using the Extensions at any time by uninstalling them.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms.
