VDA vA — Support
VDA vA (Virtual Dispatch Assist) is an independent third-party browser extension designed to help users review supported workflow pages more efficiently with user-configurable filtering, highlighting, routing support, optional alerts, and other optional assistance features.

Core features
- Page scanning and matching: reads visible page content on supported pages to identify rows, cards, or form fields that match the settings the user has configured.
- Highlighting: visually marks matching items so they are easier to spot on screen.
- Keyword modes: supports general keyword matching and separate origin/destination style matching where available.
- Radius logic: optional location-based matching can be used when enabled by the user.
- Alerts: optional sound alerts, badge updates, and optional Telegram notifications can be used when enabled.
- Workflow assistance: some builds may include optional helpers such as note assistance, routing support, or sign-in assistance depending on the enabled settings and available service access.
Optional features users control
- Telegram alerts: when enabled, matching events may be relayed through VDA backend services to Telegram.
- Routing and geocoding support: when enabled, address or location strings may be sent through VDA backend services to provide routing or distance-related features.
- Auto Login: if present in the user’s build and enabled by the user, sign-in fields may be filled automatically using credentials the user chose to store.
- Other automation-related settings: if present in the build, these are user-controlled and must be turned on by the user.
