Autofill helper for ActiveAero Provider Bidding Detail pages. Saves your defaults and fills bid fields fast.

What it does

VDA vA Autofill helps dispatchers and carriers speed up quoting on ActiveAero’s Provider Bidding Detail page by auto-filling commonly used bid fields, reducing repetitive typing and helping you submit quotes faster.

Runs only on ActiveAero ProviderBiddingDetail.cfm pages.
Provides a right-side Control Panel for quick entry.
Saves default values locally (Chrome storage): quote amount, unit type, team trip, ETAs, dispatcher name, notes.
Inserts selected values into the ActiveAero Add Quote form automatically.

How to use

Open an ActiveAero load’s Provider Bidding Detail page.
The VDA vA Autofill panel appears on the right side of the page.
Enter or select your defaults, then click Fill.
Review the populated fields and submit your quote in ActiveAero.

Troubleshooting

Panel doesn’t show: confirm the URL contains ProviderBiddingDetail.cfm, ensure the extension is enabled in chrome://extensions, then refresh.
Fields aren’t filling: click inside the field once then click Fill again; refresh and retry (ActiveAero can load form elements late).
Still stuck: email support with a screenshot and the ActiveAero page URL.

Data & privacy

Storage

Settings are stored locally in your browser using Chrome storage.

Passwords

The extension does not collect passwords.

Scope

The extension only interacts with the ActiveAero bidding detail page to fill the fields you choose.
